This policy explains what the No Timeout Again browser extension ("the Extension") does with information, who is responsible, and the rights you have. It is written to be read alongside the Extension's Terms & Conditions.
In one line: the Extension runs entirely inside your browser. It does not contain analytics or tracking, and it does not send your browsing activity, the contents of forms, or your credentials to the developer or to anyone else. The only information that ever leaves your browser is a Pro licence key, sent to the payment provider solely to confirm a valid purchase.
The Extension is published by an individual developer, G.M., established in Romania ("the developer", "we"). For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact no_timeout_again@proton.me. A postal address is available on request.
The Extension has two functions, both performed locally on your device:

None of the above is sent to the developer. The developer operates no server that receives, stores, or has access to your settings, your drafts, or your browsing activity.
Sensitive fields are never captured. Draft recovery deliberately ignores password fields, hidden fields, file inputs, payment-card fields, and one-time-code fields. These are not saved at any time.
Licence validation. The Extension's paid "Pro" features are unlocked with a licence key issued by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. When you activate, validate, or deactivate a key, the Extension sends the licence key and a licence instance identifier to Lemon Squeezy's licence service at api.lemonsqueezy.com to confirm the key is valid. The response may include the email address associated with your purchase, which is stored locally as described above. This is the only outbound network request the Extension makes to the developer's payment provider, and it happens only when you interact with the licence features.
Purchases. Payment for Pro is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and is a separate data controller for the purchase. The developer never receives or has access to your card or payment details. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your purchase data is governed by its own privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Optional server "ping". If you enable the optional keep-alive ping for a site, the Extension sends a request only to that same website you are already using, with your existing session, to keep it warm. This request goes only to that site and never to the developer or any third party.
The Extension requests access to a website only when you choose to enable it on that website, one site at a time. No broad website access is granted when you install the Extension. You can remove a site's access at any time from the Extension's settings or your browser's settings.
Because the information the Extension processes stays on your own device and is not received by the developer, the developer does not hold or have access to your personal data and cannot identify you from it. To the extent the General Data Protection Regulation applies, our processing is based on your consent (you choose to install the Extension and to enable each site) and on the performance of the service you requested.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data. Because your data is local, you can exercise most of these directly: clear drafts and settings in the Extension's options, or uninstall to remove everything. For any request or question you may contact no_timeout_again@proton.me, and we will respond within the period required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). For purchase data, contact Lemon Squeezy as the controller of that data.
The Extension is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly process the personal data of children.
We may update this policy as the Extension evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page, and where appropriate, noted in the Extension's release notes.
